She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lemaster and Mildred Lemaster (Simmons); her husband Asa John Tunks; and her sisters, Pauline Spiking and Karen Jacobsen.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha McAfee (Kenneth) and Martin Tunks (Sherry); and her grandsons, Nathan McAfee (Lauren), Nicholas McAfee (Sadara Evans), Tyler Tunks, Andrew Tunks (Ashley) and Mitchell Tunks (Maddie). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel (307 S 6th St, Savannah, MO 64485). Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the First Christian Church or the Andrew County Senior Center.
