He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Andrew and Verna Mae Hanners (Cook). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Hanners (Cook); his uncles, Oda "Odie" Cook and Raymond Cook; and his cousin Mary Ann Crites.
