He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Adel Wadlington; his parents, Cecil A. McElmurry and Hester McElmurry (Ross); his son-in-law Steve Millington; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Strong and Nick Liest.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Millington and Karen Slinkard (Richard Springs); his grandchildren, Craig Millington (Melissa) and Jennifer Elder (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Rylie, Hayes Millington, Jackson and Hudson Elder; and his sister Judy Liest. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Scott City Baptist Church building fund or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
