He is survived by : his parents, David Smith and Vicki Smith (Hente) of Scott City; his siblings, Shannon Smith of Scott City, Dana Wren (Shawn) of Cape Girardeau and Maegen Smith of Cape Girardeau; his nieces and nephews, David Smith (Emma), Jared Wren, Kolby Wren, Ethan Wren, Chasity Wissmann, Landon Wren and Maelynn Littleton; and his great-niece Juliette Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel - Scott City (115 W Hickory St, Scott City, MO 63780). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at the Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
