He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Silva Ruiz and Letha Marie O'Neail (Ruiz). He is survived by: his wife Alice Elaine Anderson; his children, Deborah Kasting (Bill), Kenneth Ruiz (Ginny) and William Ruiz; and his brothers, Richard Ruiz (Barb), John Ruiz (Joyce) and Tim Ruiz (Sherri). He is also survived by his Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchild, 5 Nieces, 2 Nephews, and Great Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ford and Sons Funeral Home (1001 N Mt Auburn Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
