She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Rich and John Rich; her husband Ralph Franklin Hayes; and her brothers, Elvis Rich (Opal) and Joe Rich.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melba Parker of Scott City, Patsy Hayes of Wappapello and Pam Buchheit (Steve) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Sarah Burford (Terry) of New Hamburg, Joshua Buchheit of Cape Girardeau and Jonathan Buchheit of Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Lewallen of Fredericktown and Parker Burford of New Hamburg, Missouri.. She is also survived by her friends and caregivers.
