It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Minner of Scott City, Missouri, born in Risco, Missouri, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Minner and Marie Regan Minner; and his grandson Jacob Minner. He is survived by: his children, Michael Minner of Oregon, Robert Blankenship of Chaffee, Cody Minner of Scott City, Sandy Robison of Chaffee, Lisa Daly of Cape Girardeau, Dianna Minner of Gulf Port, Heather Minner of Gulf Port, Christina Joyce of Benton, Becky Minner of New Hamburg and Leslie Allgood of Cape Girardeau; and his siblings, Robin Minner of Charleston and Terri King of Jackson. He is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
