He is survived by: his children, Terry Edward Stephens, Jr. (Chelsee) of Chaffee, Missouri, Ashley Baker (Chris Curneal) of Scott City, Missouri and Jessica Stephens of Scott City, Missouri; his siblings, John Edward Stephens Jr. (Lishia) of Okay, Rick Black (Susie) of Clarkton, Tony Stephens of Dexter, Chris Black (Tracy) of Clarkton, Trevor Fisher (Chuck) of Sugarland, Randy Stephens of Cape Girardeau, Chad Fisher of Whitewater, Missouri, Pam Avery of Bryan and Sandy McBride (Dave) of Chaffee, Missouri; his grandchildren, Stacy, Justin, Alexis, Ryan, Sarah, Christopher, Morgan, Alyssa and Brysen; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Karter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
