It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alyssa Shelledy (Sedalia, Missouri), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfather Forrest R. Vanwert; her cousins, Lakrista Griffin and Brittany Moreland; and her nephew Trevor Vanderpool. She is survived by: her parents, Jackie Ray Shelledy (Lisa) and Kari Nichole Moreland-Kruse (Charles); her brothers, Justin Shelledy, Jake Shelledy (Priscilla), Jackie Dean Gresham and Josh Gresham; her stepsiblings, Charles Kruse III, Ryan Kruse, Adriana Kruse and Kelly Kruse; her grandparents, Marti Vanwert, Janet M. Shelledy and Jack Shelledy (Nancy); her aunts, Jancey Shelledy-Taylor (John), Jenein Sinclair and Jennifer Norman; and her close friends, Chelsey Johnson and Jason England.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sedalia Animal Shelter in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
