He is survived by: his wife Alice Ruffin; his daughters, Denise Perry of Tampa, Florida and Victoria Ross of Tampa, Florida; his stepchildren, Charles "Chuck" Ruffin and Takeia Williams-Harris (Andre) of San Antonio, Texas.; his sibling's children, Barbara Good of Newark, Ohio and Keith Ross of Cleveland, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Katherleen Newbill of Sedalia, Missouri, Marchita Jackson of Sedalia, Missouri and Theann McKinney of Blue Springs, Missouri; his friend James "Starchy" Anderson of Evansville, Indiana; and his close friends, Raymond Taylor, Jerry Ford, Thomas May and Gavin Neth. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Burns Chapel Free Will Baptist Church (1231 Matz Cir, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Burns Chapel Freewill Baptist Church (124 S Park Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301).
