She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton Thomas and Pearl Berry (Hyatt); her brother Ronald L. Berry; and her aunt Juanita Berry Grigsby. She is survived by: her husband Matt O. Green, III; her children, Teri Ann Moore (Kenny) of Woodstock, GA and Matt O. Green IV (Jennifer) of Leawood, KS; her grandchildren, Katherine Monroe (Brandon), Allison Harrell (Josh), Trey Moore and Matt O. Green V; her granddaughter-in-law Elizabeth; her granddaughter Elizabeth Green (Eric Braun); and her great grandchildren, Luke and Brooks.

The family suggests memorial contributions to First United Methodist Church or Smithton Area Foundation for Education (SAFE) in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
