He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Ernest, Sr. and Esther Matilda Dow (Mittelhauser); and his siblings, Lee Ernest "Ernie" Dow, Jr., Frank Dow and Ella Louise Kreisel.
He is survived by: his children, Camie Stasiak (Mike) of Overland Park, KS and William Dow, Jr. (Rachel) of Knob Noster, MO; and his grandchildren, Audrey Stasiak, Liam and Claire Dow.
