He was predeceased by: his parents, William J Wansing and Rose M Wansing (Twehaus); his brothers, Herman, John and Clarence Wansing; his son Mitch Wansing; his grandson Dylan Wansing; his stepchildren, James Cable and Tammi Forsee; and also, Rosetta Rehagen and Edna Self.
He is survived by: his children, David Wansing (Melissa) of Missouri, Chuck Wansing III (Michelle) of Missouri, Sandra Poynter (Dean) of Missouri, Mary Morris of Missouri and Amy West (Mike) of Missouri; his siblings, Lawrence Wansing (Jo Ann) of Meta, MO and Betty Jean Voss of St. Anthony, MO; and his close friend Janice Lamb. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
