She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gehlken and Lula Gehlken (Williams); her husband Charles T. Moore; her siblings, Loyd Gehlken, Roy Gehlken, Ed Gehlken, Wes Gehlken, Mary Boatcher, Earnest Gehlken and Edna Barnes; and her sons-in-law, E. Earl Ross and William Robert Turner.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Donna Ross of Chesterfield, Catherine L. Teter (Mark) of Smithton and Denise R. Turner of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Theron Teter (Jen), Marcie Teter and Damon Ross; and her great grandchildren, Griffin and Catherine.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services (903 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Georgetown United Methodist Church or the Sedalia School District Foundation for the "Moore Family Scholarship," which will be awarded to a student pursuing a career in education or nursing. Contributions may be made in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
