He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Cook and Drucilla I. Cook (Hanning); his stepmother Juanita Cook (Utt); his aunts, Mary Cook of Virginia and Shirley Cook; and his uncle Morris Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Wasson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer, or to a charity of the donor's choice in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
