He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Archillies Moore and Callie Ann Moore (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Rhoda S. Bretall; his children, John David Moore (Lori) of Steamboat Springs, Rebecca Sue Leiter (Kendle) of Sedalia and Kevin Wayne Moore (Melinda) of New York City; his grandchildren, Noah Leiter, Callie White (Dylan), Frank Moore, Mick Moore, Riley Moore and Maelin Moore; his great grandchildren, Jordy White and Mylo White; and his brother-in-law Bob Bretall. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
