“My sincere sympathy to all of you. It was a delight meeting all of you at the viewing. Coach Finley was my inspiration to become an educator and coach. I have had many high school coaches and college coaches and I learned from all of them. A pedigree of coaching techniques, training, theory, conditioning and psychology. But the one man that directed me to my profession was Earl Finley. I coached for 40 years and now retired. And I wouldn't have changed a thing. Rest in Peace Coach Finley.”
