She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Comstock and Hazel Comstock (Nelson); her husband Mitchell M. Johnson; her son Lyle Johnson; and her sisters, Lulu Sargent, Bertha Ney, Ann Sargent, Dorothy Wagner and Carol Jensen.
She is survived by: her children, LaVern Johnson of Chandler, AZ, Lowell Johnson (Vivian) of Trimble, MO and Lori Sholly (Louis) of Sedalia, MO; and her grandchildren, Chris Johnson (Ghazal), Ben Johnson (Katie), David Johnson, James Johnson (Amanda), Scott Johnson (Mel), Greg Johnson, Andrea McIrvin and Danelle Greer (Dean). She is also survived by three great-grandsons; six great-granddaughters; and several nephews and nieces.
