Evelyn Marie Yonce Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Marie Yonce of Sedalia, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Andrew Jordan and Vivian Marie Jordan (Harvey); her husband Marcel Eldon Yonce; her son Chad Yonce; and her brothers, Luther Jordan and David Jordan.

She is survived by: her son Marcel "Cayle" Yonce (Lisa) of Sedalia; her granddaughter Hannah Yonce (Donavan Brickey) of Sedalia; her siblings-in-law, Verlin Yonce of Blue Springs, Rosalee Jordan of Sedalia and Anita Jordan of Sedalia; and her sibling's children, Christa Harlow (Mark), Peggy Zaret (Adam), Lora Pfeifer (Matt), Wesley Jordan (Patty) and Brent Jordan. She is also survived by six great-nieces and four great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

Memorial contributions are suggested for Christmas gifts for the residents of E.W. Thompson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
