With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances G. McRoy of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on January 18, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Melva Catherine Rifkin (Hall); her husband Larry Richard McRoy; and her sister Felista Amburgey. She is survived by: her father Irving Charles Rifkin; her children, Rick McRoy (Luci) of Sedalia and Cathy Coble (Steve) of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Chad McRoy, Chase McRoy, Jessica Coble and Lindsey Coble; her great grandchild Cruz McRoy; and her sister Marilyn Barnstead of Holt, MI..
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial gifts be sent to the State Fair Community College Foundation directed to the McRoy Family Endowed Scholarship Fund or to a charity of the donors choice, in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
