He was predeceased by: his mother Johnnie Heitman (Bullock). He is survived by: his father Henry Heitman; his wife Cynthia Riek; his brothers, Frank Martin (Marie) of Kansas City, MO and Buster Heitman (Kathy) of Independence, MO; his stepchildren, Tina Davis (Sheldon) of Lincoln, MO, Trisha of Kansas City, MO, Craig of Kansas City, MO and Tara Tanner of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Jillian and Abbi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
