With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Claudette Stoner (Sedalia, Missouri), born in Eldora, Iowa, who passed away on December 6, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez S. Smith (Erikson) and Carroll P. Smith; her siblings, Carol P. Fewell (Henry) and Walter K. Smith; and her daughters, Patti Jo Fewell and Kerry Anne Wacthman (Tommy).
She is survived by: her son Kenny; her brother Gerry E. Smith (Cynthia); her children, Linda Carole Childs (John), Dana Lynn Andrew (Joe) and Kenneth Ray Fewell (Gretchen); and her stepchildren, David Oakley (Linda) and Karen Oakley Holman. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, Claudette would love donations to Camp Branch where her resting place will be and where she loved to spend time with her church family learning and serving others.
