He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lawton Bullock, Jr. and Lorita Lee Bullock (Finley); his stepson Christopher Salmons; and his brother Johnny Bullock. He is survived by: his wife Nicky; his daughters, Brandy Garrison (Lee) of Sedalia, MO and Sheri Welschmeyer (Gary) of Sweet Springs, MO; his stepchildren, Stephanie Salmons of Sedalia and Robert Salmons, Jr. of Lincoln, MO; and his sister Jodee Bullock of Oklahoma. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services (903 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301).
