He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Gene Milburn and Rose Marie Milburn (Webb); and his sister DeeAnna Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Lyn Burgess; and his siblings, Tammy Milburn of Iowa, Brian Milburn (Shanna) of Lincoln, MO and Jason Milburn of Sedalia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
