He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Pauline McNeal (Blankenship) and Luther Edward McNeal; his siblings, Wanda Aldrich, Jeanne Curry, Charles McNeal and Anna James; and his grandson Noah Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughter Rebecca Fairfax (Jimmy); his stepchildren, Heather Ross and Michael Ross; his grandchildren, Jayce Richardson, Jacquelyn Fairfax and Raegan Fairfax; and his sisters, Gladys Hill, Frances Albers (Steve) and Margaret Jones.
