He is survived by: his children, Shandi Lewis (Jeff Morris), Kami Lewis Poole (John Lautenschlager) of Parkville, Sarah Williams Cramer (Barry) of Lincoln, Troy Lewis of Sedalia and Justin Williams (Kelly) of Blue Springs; his grandchildren, Cody Poole of Parkville, Jeremy Lewis (Amanda) of Sedalia, Brian Sokolowski of Gladstone, Samantha Williams (Matt Kocurek) of Blue Springs, John and Brody Cramer of Lincoln; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Caserta, Annalise and Mason Lewis of Sedalia.
