John Edgar Bohon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Edgar Bohon of Sedalia, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Bohon Sr. and Florence L. Bohon (Finkland); his siblings, Elaine Rupe and Cecil W. Bohon Jr.; and his stepdaughter Tonia Ross.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra L. Meyers of Boonville, MO and Dana E. Bohon (Robert Esser) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Katelyn Meyers, Charlie Meyers, Jay Meyers, Kurt Hawley, Nick O'Neil, Rebecca Krouse, Chet Krouse, Duke Krouse and Levi Ross; his stepson Bryan Ross; his stepgrandson Riley Ross; and his niece Cheryl Dieckman. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Episcopal Church in Sedalia or Christ Episcopal Church in Boonville, in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
