He is survived by : his father Vernon Curry; his children, Johnnie Stuart Jr. (Angie) of Otterville, Marc Stuart (Tammy) of Sedalia, Tina Kabler of Sedalia, Billy Stuart of Alton and Crystal Huddleston (Danny) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Johnnie Stuart III, Brandon Stuart, Melissa Moore, Kayla Huddleston, Gage Kabler, Dillon Huddleston and Lane Huddleston; and his siblings, Orva Fisher (Shirley) of Sedalia, Bob Stuart (Barb) of Bates City, Barbara McNeil of Sedalia, Andy Irvine (Denise) of Barnett, MO, Larry Curry (Cheryl) of Sedalia, Donnie Curry (Lena) of Sedalia, Ron Curry of Jefferson City and Michelle Bennett (Don) of Fennimore, WI.. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

In honor of their work in helping his grandson Lane to walk again, memorial contributions may be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
