She is survived by: her husband Keith Woolery; her children, Jennifer Alejo Woolery of Sedalia, Joe Woolery (Mary Jo) of Phoenix and Jacob Woolery of Kansas City, Missouri; her brothers, Darrell Cook (Beth) of Kansas City and Vernon Cook (Shawna) of Parkville; her sister-in-law Julie Cook of Callahan, Florida; her grandchildren, Reina Carlos (Jesus), Kaleb Woolery and Miguel Alejo; and her great grandchild Lorenzo Carlos.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Sacred Heart Adopt-A-Student Fund in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
