He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burnett and Ruth Burnett (Simon); and his son Donovan Hayslip. He is survived by: his wife Pansy Sleeper (Sleeper); his sons, Troy Burnett of Sedalia and Chad Hayslip of Raymore, Missouri; his siblings, Shirley Moriarty of Sedalia and Gary Burnett (Jan) of Sedalia; and his daughter-in-law MaryAnn Hayslip of Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
