He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herbert G. Woolery, Margaret M. Woolery, John M. Westermier and Agnes S. Westermier. He is survived by: his parents, David Walter and Jane F. Woolery; his son Samuel Woolery; and his brothers, Jeff Woolery (Christina) and Christopher D. Woolery (Michele).
