She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Semkin and Emma Semkin (Schultz); her husband Melvin Ray "Bud" Harrell; and her siblings, Dorene Zimmerschied and Lenny Semkin.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Harrell (Judy) of Sedalia and Diane Rothen (Jeff) of Olathe, KS; her grandchildren, Miles (Maddie), Alex (Allison), Andrew and Izzy; and her great grandchild Sutton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church.
