He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Ragar and Amelia Shaw Ragar; and his sons, Gary Michael Ragar and Marion Leroy Ragar. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lyle Ragar of Sedalia and Tina Lee Okerbloom (Ragar) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Maeve, Koa, Kade, Adrian and Owen.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
