He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Eaton Cunningham and Elsie Edna Cunningham; his wife Judith Irene "Judy" Rothganger; and his siblings, Donald "Don" Wayne, Milton Dean, Charles "Charlie" Augustus, James "Jimmy" Douglas Cunningham, Betty Lou May and Patricia Ann Woods.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Cunningham of Oxnard, CA and Gary Cunningham (Cammie) of Fulton, MO; his grandchildren, Ryan, Collin, Olivia (Hoek), Carlie, Sophia and Marta; his great grandchild Phineas; his siblings, Michael Cunningham of Georgetown, TX, Ronald Cunningham (Cheri) of Sedalia, MO, Peggy Cunningham of Independence, MO and Connie Cunningham (Bill Mehmert) of Centertown, MO; and his sister-in-law Jerry Kay Rothganger of Sedalia.
