With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary L. Holliday of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2024 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Davis and Marcella Davis (Jordan); her son Darcy Alan; and her siblings, Jack Davis, Bonnie Springs, Allen Davis and Linda Velloff.

She is survived by : her husband James Leonard Holliday; her daughters, Amy Soles (Glenn) of Lincoln, Laura Arnold (Christopher) of Blue Springs, Jane Taylor (Danny) of Sedalia and Melissa Wilson (Danny) of Smithton; her grandchildren, Levi, Gretchen, Devin, Nathan, Jaclyn, Dalton, Drew and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Ezra, Lylah and Samuel.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Katy Park Baptist Church (901 W 24th St, Sedalia, MO 65301). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
