She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Robert Cook (Samantha) of Jefferson City and Sheila Chastain (Kevin) of Sedalia; and her grandchildren, Timothy, Shawna, Bobby, Heather, Adam, Adrian, Jax, Brendon, Montana, Parker, Ryder, Riley, Bella, Falicity, Sequoia, Jeremiah and Autumn. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; two nephews; and many other extended family.
