He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. "Sonny" Bobbitt; and his sister Tammy Bobbitt. He is survived by: his mother Carol V. Jackson Bobbitt; his wife Debra A. Summers; his children, Brittany Bobbitt, Amanda Bobbitt of Sedalia and Robert Bobbitt of California; his stepson Mitch Bail (Kim) of Sedalia; and his sisters, Tara D. House of Cocoa Beach, FL and Tonja S. Mattson of Minnesota. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial.
