Nancy McDowell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy McDowell of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Smithton, Missouri, who passed away on May 19, 2022 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy McDowell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Russell Homan and Thelma Homan (Silvers); her sister Jan Parenteau; and her grandson Casey Allred. She is survived by: her husband William Joseph McDowell; her children, Laurie Naylor of Kansas City, Heidi Schwartz of Sedalia, Kelly Sims of Columbia and William Joseph McDowell, II of Sedalia; and her grandchildren, Hilary, Brady, Glen, Josh, Holli, Zachary, Michael, Cassie, Taylor, Torry and Trey. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
