She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland H. Ragar and Minnie Mosley Ragar; her former spouse Emory Elvis Brown; her daughter Nina Joyce; her spouse Charlie Hanning; her stepsons, Larry Hanning and Jeff Hanning; and her brothers, Roy Ragar and Royal Ragar (Barney).
She is survived by: her son Larry Elvis Brown (Shirley); her grandchildren, Richard Brown, Robyne Brown, Kelley McCann (Chris) and Julie Brown (Micah Rowden); her great grandchildren, Richard, Jacob, Nicole, Chaney, Taylor, Olivia and Joe; her stepson Rick Hanning (Nancy); and her stepdaughter-in-law Carol Hanning. She is also survived by 5 great-great-grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 13 step-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests contributions to Green Ridge Alumni Brown Scholarship Fund or to a charity of the donors choice in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
