It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Lee Goodwin Sr. of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Goodwin and Theresa Goodwin (Gable); his wife Alice Jean Goodwin (Powell); and his brothers, Phillip Jr. (Goodwin) and Jimmy Goodwin.

He is survived by: his sons, Raymond and Steven (Sheila); his grandchildren, Grace and Grant; and his brother Richard Goodwin.

Pallbearers will be Ron Covell, Gary Swenson, Charlie Bybee, Junior Parkinson, Lyle Farrand, Larry Kreisel, and Raymond McNish. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Sacred Heart Parish or Sacred Heart School, in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
