She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dale and Arline Olga Schmidt-Ochs; and her husband Walton D. Cook. She is survived by: her son Robert D. Cook; her siblings, Robert Ochs (Bonnie) of Eureka, Judie Fiedler (Gary) of Warsaw and Bonnie Luna (Jaime) of Prosser, Washington; her niece Rachael Staples of Warrensburg, Missouri; and her friend Sandra Medlock. She is also survived by many other relatives, near and far; and friends.
