He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehman Hackworth and Lillian Hackworth; his brother Charles; and his wife Judie Caldwell Hackworth. He is survived by: his children, Heather (Wayne Hansen) and Ryan (Amber); and his grandchildren, Tate, Hope, Emalyn, Annie, Jett, Jude, Daphne, Layla, Asa, Lynnlee, Leland and Violet.
