He was predeceased by: his parents, Ponciano Perez and Crisanta Perez (Briones). He is survived by: his wife Sonia Ramos; his sons, Rod Perez (Kim) of Sedalia, Alvin Perez (Reena) and Eric Perez (Ron); his grandchildren, Austin, Sophia, Joaquin, Julia and Matthew; and his sister Dory Makalintal.
