Roy E. Hopkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy E. Hopkins of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Versailles, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Hopkins and Hellen Hopkins (Bellamy); his grandchildren, Shelby and Courtney; and his sisters, Billie, Joetta, Roxie and Sandra.

He is survived by: his wife Cordelia Ellen Stahl; his children, Dawn Twenter (Greg) of Sedalia, Wayne Hopkins (Cheri) of Otterville and Jacinda Wassam (Terry) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Valarie, Holly, Jake, Derek, Mariah, Chanelle, Brandy, Cheridan and Kaitie; and his sister Janett Briscoe of Tipton. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Baptist Children's Home or Hometown Hospice.
