She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Branum and Helen Branum (Leet); her daughter Susan Schmieg; and her siblings, Dorothy Holland, William "Bill" Branum and John Branum.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Kindle (Tonya) of Belton, James Kindle (Judy) of Sedalia and Tracy Sanders of Seguin, Texas; her grandchildren, Meghan, Michael, Nathan, Amanda, Chelsea, Tiffany, Mason, Collin, Jeremy, James, Tanner and Kyndle; and her half-sister Sheryl Martin (Tony) of Texas. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
