He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Hazelrigg (Judy) of Holden and Jeffery Hazelrigg (Rachel) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Ricky, MaKayla and Haven; and his brothers, Alan, John and Terry Hazelrigg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
