Cook; her children, Kelly Davis of Sedalia and Matthew Cook of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Dayna Davis, Dylan Davis and Keyleigh Cook; her sisters, Sandra Burton of Sedalia and Judy Whitfield of Republic; and her sister-in-law Sandy Sue Whitfield of Oklahoma.
