It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Justin Horn (Sedalia, Missouri), who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Denise Ann Wells-Smith; and his grandfathers, Jack Horn and LeRoy Wells. He is survived by: his father Tom Horn; his son Jackson Horn of Sedalia; his brothers, Alex Smith (Jennifer) of Sedalia and Matt Wells (Breanna) of Sedalia; his grandmothers, Joann Horn of Sedalia and Patricia Wells of Sedalia; and his stepfather Dave Smith of Sedalia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sedalia Boys and Girls Club in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
