He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Howard Horn Sr. and Urna Joann Edwards of Sedalia; his former wife Denise Wells; his son Justin Horn; and the mother of his child Jo Ann Horn.
He is survived by: his grandson Jackson Horn; his brothers, Tim Horn (Evie) and Jack Horn (Tammy); and his stepsons, Alex and Matt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
