He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldo Palmer and Beth Palmer (Helman); and his brother-in-law Jack Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Palmer (Patricia) of Green Ridge and Peggy Williams of Sedalia; his nieces, Kim Buescher, Jessica Crecelius (Cory) and Haley Klassing (Ryan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryce, Aiden, Adelyn and Emerson.
